Privacy Policy — Fungle

This policy explains what information the Fungle app (io.puya.fungle, "the App", "we") collects and how it is used. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Summary

Fungle is a collection of casual games that works offline. We do not require an account and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, or precise location. The App shows ads (Google AdMob) and offers optional online features (multiplayer and leaderboards).

Information we and our partners collect

• Advertising & device identifiers. To show ads, our advertising partner Google AdMob collects your device's advertising ID and standard device/diagnostic information. See Google's practices at policies.google.com.
• Consent (EEA/UK). Where required, we show Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before ads are personalized.
• Leaderboard name (optional). If you submit a score to an online leaderboard, a display name you choose and your score are sent to our server and shown to other players. This is optional and is not linked to your real identity.
• Online multiplayer (optional). When you play an online match, your moves, a random session ID, and your chosen display name are relayed between players through our server. Match/room data is temporary and is deleted automatically (typically within an hour).

The App itself does not collect personal data beyond the above. Game progress and settings are stored only on your device.

How information is used

• To display and measure ads (AdMob).
• To run online multiplayer and leaderboards, if you choose to use them.
• To keep the App working and diagnose problems.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Advertising and device identifiers are processed by Google AdMob as described above. Online display names/scores are visible to other players by design. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data security & retention

Network traffic (ads, multiplayer, leaderboards) is sent over HTTPS. Online rooms are ephemeral and auto-expire. Leaderboard entries persist until removed.

Children

Fungle is not directed at children under 13. It contains advertising and simulated-gambling game content (play-money only, no real money or prizes) and is intended for a general audience aged 13+.

Your choices

• Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
• Manage ad-consent when prompted (EEA/UK).
• Play fully offline — online features are optional.
• Request deletion of a leaderboard entry by emailing us.
